Duties And Responsibilities:
no standards of practice existed in long-term care facilities like nursing homes. There were no standards for education, training and continuing education when the federal government mandated the licensure of nursing home administrators


Salary: A mid-career nursing home administrator should expect to earn between $65,000 and $90,000



Education:  Being a nursing home administrator requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration

Reflection: I would not like to be one because its not something I would do all the time and I would expect more money as they get paid now.
