 this quote means that they want to complete there goal and be successful as possible they could be and make it easy as they can be and it means to do it now so they wont be struggling later on in the future also for a fact if you don't complete your goal right now possible you could not have a chance to achieve your goal as what you say before. its like you are building a brand new box all over again and you have to chase what you had always wanted.
